We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. International shipping is also available—please contact us for details and rates.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Free shipping may be available for promotional periods or qualifying orders.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order on our Track Order page using your Red Star Express tracking number.

How to Return:

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using Red Star Express or another reliable courier. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges:
If you need a different size, please indicate this when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
